Tampa Scholarship Application

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist young black males who are graduating from any Tampa Bay area high school, by helping to offset the cost and expenses of continuing their education.

Eligibility:

The scholarship will be awarded to a Black Male high school Senior in Hillsborough County with a 2.75 or higher GPA. This individual will have displayed leadership qualities and plan to major in Business / Engineering or Education in college. Individuals must complete the scholarship application and provide two (2) letters of recommendation to be considered for the scholarship.

Thank you for your interest in the AG Leadership Academy scholarship. The application period for the current cycle is now closed. We will begin accepting applications for the next cycle in the spring of 2025. Please check back then for more details on how to apply.

Scholarship Amount: $500

Each Scholarship recipient will also receive a laptop to help with their collegiate studies.
