Broward County Scholarship Application

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist young black males who are graduating from a school in Broward County by helping to offset the cost and expenses of continuing their education.

Eligibility:

The scholarship will be awarded to a Black Male High School Senior with a 2.75 or higher GPA. This individual will have displayed leadership qualities and plan to major in Business / Engineering or Education in college. Individuals must complete the scholarship application and provide two (2) letters of recommendation to be considered for the scholarship.

Deadline:

Thank you for your interest in the AG Leadership Academy Scholarship. The deadline to submit the 2025 AG Leadership Academy Scholarship Application is Friday, April 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

Scholarship Amount: $500

Each Scholarship recipient will also receive a laptop to help with their collegiate studies.
