Elda Auxiliaire
Elda Auxiliaire hails from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and is a proud graduate of Deerfield Beach High School's class of 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications, as well as a Master of Arts degree from Howard University.
Bringing a diverse background that includes experience in private, government, and non-profit sectors, Elda offers extensive expertise in stakeholder engagement, program management, and leading projects on both domestic and international scales to the AG Leadership Academy. Her professional journey includes notable roles in communications and event management with renowned organizations such as the United Service Organizations (USO), Aetna Healthcare, ABC News Nightline, and the U.S. Army. Currently, Elda is at Deloitte, where she spearheads outcome-driven learning solutions and spearheads cutting-edge diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for a multinational team of over 180,000 professionals across four countries.
Residing in the Washington, D.C., area, Elda's heart remains loyal to her alma mater, the University of Florida, where she passionately supports all things "Florida Gators" in the vibrant shades of orange and blue. Additionally, she actively contributes to her community as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. When not immersed in her love for her favorite sports team, Elda finds joy in traveling and giving back through volunteer work in her local community.
